Project Desciption
To facilitate the shift from a traditional waste and wastewater management model to a sustainable circular economy, it is imperative to enhance our comprehension of circular economy principles. This includes translating these principles into practical actions through effective coordination among national and local governing bodies. Additionally, active involvement of the private sector and a heightened commitment to environmentally friendly practices among the populace are crucial elements for success.
The project’s precise aim is to catalyze the transition towards a circular economy and foster green growth in Albania through the enhancement of regulatory frameworks. This will be achieved by bolstering institutional capacities and promoting the adoption of green business models.
