Salary:
This position has an annual salary range of $88,000-$127,000. JSI offers competitive benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, and a 401k with a company match.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide expertise about training and technical assistance planning and delivery on projects related to sexual and reproductive health
- Develop deliverables to meet client expectations, including but not limited to: training and technical assistance activities, needs assessments, and training resources/products
- Center equity and apply adult learning principles in all training and technical assistance planning, development, and delivery
- Serve as a subject matter expert and/or fill technical roles on multiple projects related to training on sexual and reproductive health
- Manage and/or participate as a team member on one or more national, state, or local projects
- Contribute to business development opportunities to expand JSI’s sexual and reproductive health portfolio, including contributing to technical proposals and participating in strategic planning activities
- Continue to deepen subject matter expertise beyond sexual and reproductive health to support growth across JSI as an organization
- Some travel within the U.S. and territories may be required
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate degree in public health or related field, with at least 10 years of U.S.-based public health experience following completion of an advanced degree. Candidates with at least 13 years of relevant experience following completion of an undergraduate degree will also be considered.
- Demonstrated experience planning, developing, managing, and delivering training and technical assistance services grounded in adult learning theory
- Strong in-person and virtual group facilitation skills including experience facilitating peer-to-peer learning
- Direct experience providing training and technical assistance to reproductive health agencies, such as Planned Parenthood programs; federal Title X Family Planning grantees, subrecipients or service sites; state-funded reproductive health programs, etc.
- Deep understanding of the operational challenges and needs of publicly-funded reproductive health agencies, either through direct experience working in a publicly-funded agency or other relevant experience
- Trained in or knowledgeable of approaches for integrating health and racial equity, diversity, inclusion into work products and relationships
- Demonstrated ability to lead implementation of several project deliverables simultaneously, and execute on project activities in a high-quality, timely, and responsive manner
- Experience with implementing continuous quality improvement activities and applying training and technical assistance evaluation data to improve these services
- Highly developed communications skills including oral and written presentations of complex topics to a wide array of audience types
- Strong track record of working with diverse teams, clients, community members and populations
- Familiarity with technology including cloud-based productivity programs such as GoogleApps and online meeting platforms such as Zoom
