Launching new projects, facilitating the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables, clarifying requirements, and soliciting buy in from key user groups
Defining and managing project tasks and resource requirements, planning and scheduling project timelines, and tracking project deliverables using JIRA, Smartsheet, Asana and other appropriate tools
Leading process improvements to assist with project planning, resource management, and project delivery, and working with staff to identify projects that require a designated project manager or project management support
Collaborating with and delivering projects with and for web and technology teams throughout the organization and within World Education
Leading growth of the domestic e-learning portfolio, including marketing organizational capacity in online learning and instructional design to internal project leaders and clients
Overseeing e-learning development and revision, including identifying and supervising instructional design staff and subcontractors
Assisting with management of staff, vendors, and subcontractors
Contributing to business development efforts, including coordinating and contributing to proposal development and creating narrative templates for proposals
Monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects to stakeholders as well as communicating effectively to manage stakeholder expectations
Performing other tasks as assigned
Advanced degree in education, public health, instructional design or related field
Proficient in proposal writing and new business development
Results-oriented and able to produce high quality work under deadline
Proven ability to work as part of a team and to be self-managing
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and keep track of many projects, activities, and people simultaneously with strong attention to detail
An entrepreneurial approach to potential opportunities and challenges and commitment to high-quality, client-focused services
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills
Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with team members, clients, and other key stakeholders
Significant experience managing multiple web-based projects simultaneously
Proven skills in group facilitation, team building, and coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite products
Experience developing and managing budgets
Experience managing distributed teams preferred
Experience working in public health-focused organizations preferred
Experience working with a range of online learning development platforms (e.g., Storyline, Captivate) preferred
