Amec Foster Wheeler Environment & Infrastructure is currently seeking a Project Controls Analyst (PCA) for a large Federal Project with a value over $100M on the island of Kwajalein in the Republic of Marshall Islands. The PCA will provide on-site scheduling and planning support to Control Account Managers (CAMs) and the Construction Manager, and be an integral member of the Project Controls and Construction Management Team.
Key Responsibilities

Support monthly integrated schedule SDRL deliveries

Support weekly 3 week look ahead process and interact with the client’s on island scheduler

Provide Critical Path Analysis and reporting

Interact with home office schedule team and coordinate schedule update efforts

Interact with procurement team to status material deliveries in the IMS

Interact with QC team to status submittals in the IMS

Support the administration of the Earned Value System

Assure cost and schedule integration for assigned CAM and Control Account budgets and ETCs
-
Support baseline maintenance including development of schedule and cost-balanced Baseline Change Requests for internal re-planning and contract modifications

Support Estimate to complete review and update process

Support the control account work authorization process
-
Maintain the corrective action log

Maintain compliance with System Description in operational processes and preparation of documentation
Skills / Qualifications
-
Must be a US Citizen
-
10+ years of related experience
-
Experience working with engineering or construction contracts
-
Experience in EVMS implementation and certification is a plus
-
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred but not a requirement

Experience with change management process / scope modifications

Familiarity with cost & scheduling program outputs for analysis

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

Proficiency with Primavera P6 is required

Proficiency with Cobra is a plus

Experience with project planning and project reporting

Strong financial analysis skills

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Must pass drug test, background check and must have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy
