MSI is looking for an Organizational Development Specialist to lead a project component providing organizational development services to ensure that USAID staff and teams have the skills, systems and processes in place to be a learning organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge retention and transfer practices for staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Deliver annual Georgia 101 training course for USAID new hires and incoming staff.
- Design, organize and lead a paid internship program for Georgian youth to work with USAID.
- Organize and facilitate regular organizational development pause and reflect sessions for USAID staff to discuss progress on improving organizational dynamics.
- Develop and deliver courses to USAID staff on key skills such as facilitation, public speaking, meeting management, inbox management and Google suite.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Change Management, Consulting or HR functional experience.
- At least five (5) years of experience as a specialist delivering services in organizational development, adult learning or a related field.
- Knowledge of and prior experience working on USAID-funded activities strongly preferred.
- Satisfactory past performance in organizational development, adult education, coaching and/or staff counseling.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral, in English required.
