Nathan Associates has an opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our Contracts Department, and collaborate on programs throughout all phases of the contract management lifecycle, from proposal to contract closeout. This position will play an important role handling the administration of programs that require knowledge of federal contracting, specifically USAID. The Contract Admin should have the ability to work independently but also thrive in a collaborative team environment. This position will report to the Director of Contracts and Compliance and interface daily with Nathan Associates’ Project Teams, Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and members of the leadership team. Contract Administration ·Prepare and review Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), modifications, purchase orders, and administrative procurement modifications for the acquisition of services. ·Provide assistance in interpreting award terms and conditions and ensure proposed terms and conditions are in compliance with applicable regulations and meets all deadlines. ·Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and modifications. ·Assist with reviewing, improving, and/or developing policies and procedures to facilitate adherence to Federal regulations and contract terms. ·Prepare and submit external documents and/or agreements to prime contractors, USAID or other Nathan clients. ·Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, and modifications. ·Provide assistance in interpreting award terms and conditions and ensure proposed terms and conditions are in compliance with applicable regulations and meets all deadlines. ·Review subcontract agreements and documents, ensure partnership follows company policies, procedures and prime contract terms and conditions. ·Manage contract-related data and generate reports as required. ·Provide data entry support and enter contract data into the required systems. ·Participate in training and other opportunities as relevant to position and the role. ·Assist with identifying and alerting potential contractual issues and assist in their resolution. ·Develop positive relations with both internal and external clients. ·Perform other duties as assigned. Subcontract Administration ·Assist with preparing and issue subcontracting agreements and modifications. ·Partner with project staff to monitor subcontract performance. ·Conduct regular financial and contractual reviews of subcontractors’ files; prepare subcontract modifications as required. |
