General Purpose of Job
Under the general supervision of the director, the supervisor will manage staff/projects by working with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate the components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects. Supervise daily operations of a specific area. Assume workload to reduce stress of peak periods or during staff absences. May serve as staff liaison to one or more committees. Supervises staff, assisting in writing evaluations, hiring, terminations and/or projects. Allocates, prioritizes available resources to complete tasks and projects.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage staff/projects by working with internal and external parties to organize and coordinate the components needed to initiate, run and conclude projects.
Manage small projects for entity or committees
Provides end-to-end accreditation for select events. Performs strategic accreditation for more difficult states. Assembles, review, and submits complex individual state audit reports. Provides specialized accreditation for faculty credit requests.
Supervise daily operations of a specific area. Assumes workload to reduce stress during peak periods or during staff absences.
Assists in hiring, training, and termination of staff and must maintain confidentiality.
May serve as staff liaison to one or more committees.

Bachelors Degree from four-year College or University.
Two to three years office management experience, including budget management. Must possess strong judgment and decision making abilities. Strong organizational skills required. Must be experienced using Microsoft Office. Must possess strong communication skills. Must maintain confidentiality. May required 2+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience or knowledge of continuing legal education or accreditation preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers.
Ability to work in a team environment, maintaining professional integrity and composure while communicating difficult subjects and influencing a variety of personality types.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
