Jhpiego seeks a Strategic Information Advisor for an anticipated CDC- funded HIV project in Mozambique. This large project aims to support the Government of Mozambique’s (GRM) achievement of HIV/AIDS epidemic control by 2020 in provinces where CDC is the primary clinical support partner. It will focus on two priority outcomes to measure this geographically focused support: (1) to reach and sustain a level of 95% (or better) treatment coverage, and (2) to reach and sustain 95% (or better) viral suppression among people receiving antiretroviral therapy. The SI Advisor will support project monitoring, evaluation and project-wide learning. This position will collaborate closely with in-country stakeholders, including government, civil society and other donors to share data from program results, evaluations, assessments, research and lessons learned from implementation.
