What you’ll do: This position will work closely under the supervision of the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis, taking the full responsibility in financial operations, procedures, and controls, including the preparation for the annual independent audit. You will be providing financial information that supports timely decision-making and oversight that also ensures donor reporting requirements are met. This position must exemplify the highest standards for customer service to include internal clients as well as external clients (boards, committees, auditors, etc.). This position also serves as the administrator on our Adaptive Planning system, providing customer services in running integration, reports, rolling budgets and etc.
Location: Baltimore or DC or hybrid work schedule with 2 days a week in the office
About The Ideal Candidate: You have experience working in financial planning and analysis in the past and have an eye on the big picture. You will lead the day-to-day reporting and analysis operations and ensure the financial systems are up to date as providing the accurate data for analysis. You have a thirst for knowledge and understanding and are willing to take challenges.
Requirements: The successful candidate for this position will have 7+ years of accounting/finance experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Experience with the financial planning system – Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.
