The SEA, under the management of the Country Director (CD), will play a key role in delivering technical assistance to relevant Kenyan government agencies and stakeholders. The SEA will also assist the CD with in-country program management, internal and external reporting, and timely execution of project activities.

EDUCATION and QUALIFICATIONS:
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Fluency in written and spoken English required. Proficiency in at least one other language in use within assigned project location is strongly preferred.
TRAVEL: Travel may be required up to 15% of time.
