This position is responsible for coordinating and assisting with facilitation of activities for site, laboratory and network performance evaluation and related program evaluation committees. Tasks include systematically collecting, analyzing, and reporting performance measurement data; arranging teleconferences, drafting agendas, tracking action items, drafting summaries and communications, and potentially handling sensitive information confidentially. The research associate provides administrative and technical support with minimal supervision, making decisions independently for routine job-specific duties and issues. Establishes own priorities with general guidance from and regular review by the supervisor. The research associate may also be responsible for other project-related activities that do not directly fall under program evaluation and committee support.
