Additionally, UN Women’ s programme in Cambodia continues to prioritise its programme on feminist transformative leadership and movement building through working with emerging young women leaders from all walks of life to networking and acting collectively to challenge negative social and gender norms that discriminate against women and girls. In 2021, Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) that is a year-long programme provides a space for young women to develop their own transformative leadership journey and inter-generational women leadership forums are the focus to enable women leaders to showcase, exchange learning and networking.
Duties and Responsibilities
3. SCOPE OF WORK
The consultant will be responsible for the following key tasks:
3.1 Facilitate the process of technical assistance to CNCW in continuing development of CEDAW COB action plan
3.2 Leading inter-generational women leadership forums and mobilizing/coordinating Youth Leadership Academy

The consultant will work in close collaboration with CCO Programme Team, Comms and Operations team under the direct supervision of Country Representative a.i. of UN Women Country Office in Cambodia. A work station will be provided to the consultant to ensure effective consultation and support. The Consultant will bring her own personal computer to conduct this assignment.
6. DURATION OF THE WORK
The assignment will be conducted within between 9 March 2021 to 31 December 2021
7. DUTY STATION
The consultant may be required to travel outside of Phnom Penh as needed for the purpose of the assignment where required by UN Women-Cambodia. The standard UN Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) will apply to any travel outside duty station that may be required in the fulfillment of this assignment.
Required Skills and Experience
Application will be evaluated based on Cumulative Analysis the following criteria:
A two-stage procedure is utilized in evaluating the proposals, with evaluation of the technical proposal being completed prior to any price proposal being compared. Only the price proposal of the candidates who passed the minimum technical score of 70% of the obtainable score of 100 points in the technical qualification evaluation will be evaluated.
8.1. TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION EVALUATION CRITERIA:
The total number of points allocated for the technical qualification component is 100. The technical qualification of the individual is evaluated based on following technical qualification evaluation criteria:
Only candidates who have attained a minimum of 70% of total points will be considered as a technically qualified candidate.

10. APPLICATION PACKAGE:
All applications must include (as attachments) the P11 Form, CV, and the Financial Proposal.
UN Women-Cambodia requires that all international personnel, regardless of contract modality or position status, should comply with UN Cambodia Residential Security Measure (RSM) for accommodations and housing in Cambodia. A residential inspection is required and will be conducted by UNDSS, whereupon corrections may be identified to achieve compliance with UN Cambodia RSM Standards. As such, newly arriving personnel are advised not to enter into long-term housing arrangements until inspection and compliance are verified. For personnel who are already in-country, steps must be taken to achieve UN Cambodia RSM compliance.
