PATH is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Specialist who will be responsible for analysis of main and auxiliary procurement systems and related information to generate reports that study historical data, the current trends and predict the future using simple analytics to aid management in decision making and strategic alignment of procurement and supply chain. The role holder will generate reports on category spend for suppliers including small businesses, travel, venues, facilities, consultancies amongst others as may be found in Business World (formerly known as Agresso), Salesforce, Smartsheet, Tableau, amongst other systems. The Procure-to-Pay Specialist will be responsible for running shipment logistics, will undertake specific assigned project activities such as running RFPs, reviewing contract justifications, order processing as well as shipment processing for complex international shipments.
Responsibilities

Drive much of the day-to-day activities and responsibilities related to institutional level procurement planning, reporting, analysis, modeling, forecasting, using available or to-be-adopted enterprise-wide systems including ERP.

Facilitate development of the institutional procurement forecast using reports generated by reliable data captured in various systems such as Business World, Salesforce, Smartsheet, and e-procurement systems.

Derive reports from systems that lead to category strategy for decision making related to vendor relationship management and negotiation strategies for repetitive supplies and services.

Study and report on opportunities for volume-of-business discounts for laboratory services and supplies, venues, hotels, travel, facilities, etc.

Generate reports on small business administration and underrepresented supplier groups under supplier diversity program for purpose of quantitative targets for teams and broad PATH-wide inclusivity and supplier diversity ethos.

Undertake assigned operational and tactical tasks including managing RFPs, order processing, shipment processing of complex international shipments.

Organize fiscal and statistical procurement data records and reports.

Report on emerging trends from data regarding procurement related risks for team leader review and action.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
