We are currently looking for a Member and Awards Support Officer to support the Effort Reporting (ER) and Cost Allocation (CAM) project team and join us on a fixed term contract until the end of December 2017. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with an understanding of Finance and Award Management processes within Save the Children, to help ensure successful ER and CAM implementations in our country offices.
In this role you’ll ensure that the portfolio mapping required as part of the preparation for the Cost Allocation project is carried out in a timely manner, liaising with our Members, Change Managers, and country and regional offices to advise and support on the process. The role will also support the with regards to Member engagement, and the capacity building of our country and regional offices.
In order to be successful you’ll ideally have experience of working in one of our country/field offices, demonstrable knowledge and experience of award (grant) management and an understanding of the reporting requirements of our key institutional donors; the ability to manage a complex and varied workload, to work under pressure and ensure deadlines are met. You’ll also be familiar with our AMS, Agresso, and ideally have experience working in, or with, our Members.
