Provide support to MEASURE staff in revising and maintaining Performance Monitoring Plans (PMPs) Activity Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Plans (AMELPs) and other reporting tools as required by donors
Support MEASURE staff in advising regional program teams in the development of logical frameworks and results frameworks both at the proposal development and project implementation phases;
Maintenance of the IFES and CEPPS Indicators Databases, including:
liaising with program teams to ensure data is entered and updated,
reviewing and cleaning data,
creating reports to track performance, and
merging data with the CEPPS Indicators Database;
Support the visualization and analysis of public opinion or survey research data
Support in the design and implementation of brief pre- and post-training surveys to measure short and medium-term knowledge gains of IFES capacity building activities;
Support MEASURE staff in developing dashboards and data management sheets to organize and compile indicator data in Excel or Google Sheets;
Undertake other duties as assigned related to M&E, research and thought leadership initiatives.
BS/BA in the social sciences from a college or university required.
Ability to write clearly in analytical style, develop charts and other infographics strongly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, strongly preferred.
Familiarity with M&E concepts, M&E management tools, and USAID M&E frameworks preferred
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
Ability to perform basic analysis of quantitative or statistical data in SPSS, R, and/or STATA preferred.
Ability to perform basic analysis of qualitative data preferred.
