What you’ll do: You will be in relationship with 600 mid-level individual donors that share God’s love through Lutheran World Relief (LWR) and want to support with us in our mission to end poverty, injustice and human suffering. You will make meaningful connections with these donors and grow gifts between $500 – $1000 or more. Some days will include connecting with donors over the phone or by email. Other days will be preparing and mailing targeted updates about our programs to deepen engagement with LWR. You will share about the lifesaving difference that their generosity can make when they share their love with our neighbors through LWR. In a world of plenty, those with the very least are the most forsaken. In this role, you will inspire others to put faith in action and be a part of helping us solve this global problem.
Location: This position can be based in either Baltimore, MD or Bloomington, MN

Requirements: This role requires a minimum of a four-year college degree. At least three years of experience in relationship management is required, including experience working with donors in a nonprofit, philanthropic environment.
