Assisting with the plant selection process, planting and budgets, and timelines.
Studying plants and soil in order to develop better planting, cultivation, and harvesting techniques, improve crop yield, and solve problems facing the famer beneficiaries
Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field
3+ years working directly with farmers
Candiates with proof of having worked with FFS projects have an advanatge
Excedllent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability and willingness to learn new concpets
Qulaified female candiates are encouraged to apply

Ecellent ICT skills (word, Excell and power point)
