MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
DECISION MAKING/PROBLEM SOLVING: Identify problems affecting achievement of goals, requiring research into internal and external factors. Seeks guidance in analyzing and interpreting issues and implements solutions based on knowledge of KPIs, dashboards, and logic.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY: Manage all IT hardware, software, and service records in line with established procurement policies and any incremental donor requirements. Ensure that all IT procurement actions result in the greatest value proposition for IFES.
RELATIONSHIPS: Collaborates with internal and external partners in planning and evaluating project and support activities. Consistently demonstrates a strong customer service focus by engaging diplomacy, influencing, and judgment skills. Maintains effective working relationship with members of other departments, vendors, partners, subcontractors, and donors.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Participate in planning and implementing work activities with internal and external partners and contribute to evaluation of results.
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: English required.
