Job Summary/General Purpose of Job
Accountable for the strategic execution and management of a comprehensive corporate engagement initiative for individual gifts of up to $10,000.
Principal Duties/Job Responsibilities
Assists the Associate Director – FJE Development in the advancement of a strategy of growing gifts and sponsorship from individuals that will result in achieving establish financial goals.
Assists in the development of comprehensive annual giving program, including direct mail, e-marketing, pledge reminded, acknowledgements, data base management, reunion giving, convention fundraising, and personal solicitations.
Project, track, and achieve fundraising goals for this program.
Creates an annual plan to meet financial goals, continuously monitors progress against the goals, and adjusts priorities to achieve those goals.
Independently crafts solicitation communication to this sector for restricted and unrestricted giving.
Develops, implement, and optimizes a stewardship plan that appropriately acknowledges gives, ensures delivery of promised benefits, and increases opportunity for future giving.
Interfaces with membership system to explore synergies, mine data, and develop lists.
Performs other related duties as required.
Basic Qualifications & Interests
Possession of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
At least five years’ experience in developing, implementing, and effecting donor strategies for selected potential/current donors in a not-for-profit business.
Preferred Qualification & Interests
Previous experience with Personify, Risers Edge, and/or comparable.
