Education: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably working with USAID-funded projects. Experience with financial tracking, forecasting and Microsoft Excel-based spreadsheets.
Related Skills or Knowledge: Demonstrated project administration and fiscal management skills. Microsoft Office and Windows proficiency required; advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks highly desired. Thorough knowledge of international donors, USAID and non-US financial regulations and contract compliance requirements. Detail oriented and organized. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and consistently meet tight deadlines. Ability to develop and manage effective local relationships by applying cultural awareness. Strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, in both English and Spanish. Collaborative, team oriented individual. Proven capacity to work well with minimal supervision.
Language Skills: Very strong working knowledge of written and verbal English is highly desirable.
