Job Responsibilities: | |
Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide programmatic support to IFES activities aiming to build capacity of the election administration, media and civil society; • Support preparation and facilitation of trainings, workshops, technical discussions; • Conduct research of election legislation and by-laws and other research, as requested; • Contribute to writing reports, political and technical analyses, and drafting of procedures; • Provide logistics support with arranging meetings, consultations, and technical workshops; • Provide other related support as requested by IFES. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or higher level of education; • Minimum 8 years of related electoral operations and/or election administration experience, with technical assistance/development experience preferred; • Experience drafting workshop and training materials; • Native fluency in official languages in Bosnia and Herzegovina; • Fluency in English language; • Proven success constructively interacting with beneficiaries and staff at various levels throughout an organization; • Ability to exercise sound judgement, be decisive, think on one’s feet, solve problems and resolve conflicts; • Demonstrable organizational skills and facility in written and oral communications. |
