Draft a two-hour online curriculum on Do No Harm principles for DPO partners in Southeast Asia which will consider relevant political environments, including those from Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam;
Provide strategic advice to DPO partners on working with organizations that may be targeted because of discriminatory government policies (such as LGBTQ organizations) on rights-based issues when advocating for policy reform in their respective countries in order to protect project participants and deliver positive outcomes;
Facilitate and deliver a two-hour online training to DPO partners on basic Do No Harm principles using a human rights approach;
Other duties as assigned.
Fluency in written and spoken English required.
Bachelor’s degree in international relations, political science or a related field.
10-15 years of experience working on democracy, governance or inclusion programming, preferably with civil society organizations and in the Asia-Pacific region.
Demonstrated capacity to provide technical assistance with experience developing and facilitating trainings.
Ability to work independently and prepare high quality training content.
