Eurasia Group, the world’s top political risk management firm, is looking for a senior, high-caliber professional to join its Corporate Team as Director, Trade and Supply Chains.
Companies see acute risks and rare opportunities from politics around the globe. As businesses invest and operate globally, the ability to foresee and manage political risks becomes critical. The need to understand how politics can impact strategy, risk management and operational decision-making is particularly acute for firms dependent on or exposed to global supply networks and international trade.
As Eurasia Group’s Director, Trade and Supply Chains, you will be responsible for supporting and expanding the firm’s research and analysis in this space in collaboration with Eurasia Group’s platform of regional and country specialists. Combining the rich knowledge base of our research platform with your authoritative expertise, analytical skills and assertiveness, you will work closely with top global clients to help them navigate uncertainty and develop solutions that turn political risks into unique opportunities.
In that vein, you will responsible for developing Eurasia Group’s client portfolio and global intellectual leadership on trade and supply chains, forging long-lasting, trust-based client relationships and delivering tailored solutions to top multinational companies around the world.
**Structure and develop ongoing research, analysis and business insights on the politics of trade and supply chains, in collaboration with our regional and country analysts
**Develop and deliver effective client presentations, workshops, briefings and public speaking
**Lead top client projects, including scope development, delivery, team management and client relationship management
**Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy or related field
**Management consulting or other related experience at a leading consulting firm or multinational company (2-3 years minimum)
**Proven expertise and experience on international trade and global supply chains; policy-related experience a plus
**Proven ability to independently manage projects and teams
**Proven problem-solving and analytical/quantitative skills
**Eligibility to work in the US and/or the UK
