SSS is currently seeking a Data Manager/Statistical Programmer to serve on a multi‐disciplinary team that conducts analyses and reports on findings from clinical- and population-based epidemiological studies on behalf of the federal government. The individual will provide both data management and programming support for federally-funded clinical research and epidemiological studies funded by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences. The studies we conduct focus on the impact of the physical and social environment on human health and well-being, as well as genetic, occupational, and lifestyle risk factors. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team that includes analysts, data managers, programmers, and operations staff. You will provide data management and statistical programming support for these studies by developing programs to build study datasets as well as to generate reports to inform the progress of the studies and to summarize the study data from a scientific and operational perspective. Specifically, you will develop programs to build analytic datasets and assist with the statistical programming that may result in publications in scientific journals.
