Consultant – Cost of Elections Project

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct open-source research and contact electoral officials in their respective countries to collect budget and spending data from recent elections; Analyze and process data using IFES’ “Data Collection Worksheet,” ensuring the appropriate categorization of costs.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; At least 3 years of experience working on electoral processes; Extensive knowledge of electoral processes and administration; Familiarity with budgets and financial reports; Ability to get access to potentially sensitive budget information from election commissions; Ability to complete tasks with limited supervision; Excellent communication skills.
