| Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Support efforts to institutionalize civic education at universities in Serbia, including identifying partner universities; • Contributing to developing design and content of university civic education course, student and teaching materials; • Operationalizing youth engagement activities in Serbia, including identifying potential youth activists, civil society partners, designing and implementing capacity building activities and providing ongoing support to youth activists; • Support IFES civic and youth engagement partners to plan and implement project activities; • Advising on activities aimed to increase civic and youth engagement in Serbia; • Building network of individuals, organizations and project alumni; • Liaising with partners, institutions and experts, in coordination with IFES Serbia staff; • Conducting monitoring of project activities and evaluation of project impact; • Preparing written reports and correspondence on project activities, workplan, activity monitoring plans. | Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in international relations, law, political science, communications or related field required, Master’s degree preferred; |
