PATH Kenya seeks a Chief of Party for an upcoming multi-year USAID-funded “Local Partner Service Delivery Activity (LPSDA) – OVC Activities” project in Kenya. This project will increase use of quality county-led social services in selected counties in Kenya. These will be service delivery activities providing key OVC and adolescents services at the county level that contribute to the attainment of the Government of Kenya’s (GOK) goal of safeguarding the rights and welfare of children and adolescents impacted by HIV/AIDS.

The Chief of Party will have primary responsibility for liaising with USAID and other stakeholders in Kenya. He/she will oversee contract implementation, providing the technical vision and approach and managing the project team and consortium members. He/she will ensure the project complies with award terms and conditions, USAID policies and regulations, and systems are in place to mitigate risk of fraud, waste and abuse.
Position is contingent upon award to PATH Kenya.
