Our goal is to hire facilitators who represent the broad demographic diversity at PATH. The primary responsibility is to complete the rigorous train-the-trainer program to become a certified Crucial Conversations trainer and co-facilitate the training for multiple audiences across PATH. Additional responsibilities include facilitating discussion groups that enable reflection and peer-to-peer learning based on sponsored events, such as hosted speakers, books clubs, podcasts, etc.
Facilitators are not expected to be a content expert, but must be willing to learn the Crucial Conversations curriculum and model PATH’s values. This assignment will provide learning and practice in virtual and in-person delivery methods so proficiency can be acquired.
