Chief of Party
DAI seeks qualified Chief of Party candidates for an anticipated business environment reform program in Afghanistan to be funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). DAI envisions working with the Afghan government and various ministries to develop and implement business environment policies and reforms; encouraging private sector participation in the business reform agenda; and conducting outreach campaigns to communicate and collaborate with Afghans on business policy reform.
The Chief of Party will be responsible for overall project management, including strategic vision and field team leadership; development and implementation of work plans, overseeing operational budgets and performance monitoring plans; liaising with the USAID mission, government officials, other donors and partner organizations; identifying and mitigating program risks, and ensuring achievement of project results and objectives. The Chief of Party will supervise key project staff and ensure compliance with DAI ethics, procedures and policies and USAID rules and regulations.
