Hiring range: $53,500- $58,480
Works independently with minimal supervision and manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly financial reports for grant-funded rule of law programs. Provides payroll-related support to staff and volunteers posted overseas. Analyzes field-based personnel spending and develops projections for grant pipelines. Analyzes overall ABA ROLI revenue/spending by funder and region and advises managers on spending patterns. Maintains internal budgets, ensures fair allocation of support costs to active programs; provides budgeting support to program staff. Ensures compliance with organizations procurement policies and proper allocation of costs for domestic purchases; investigates erroneous charges and oversees corrections. May supervise financial and administrative support staff.
Bachelors Degree from four-year College or University.
Bachelors degree and four years related work experience or Masters degree and two years of related work experience required. Must have strong communication, interpersonal and general ledger accounting skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and business writing and general analytical skills. Familiarity with one or more languages spoken in organizations host countries preferred.
